Concatenate 2 columns into a single column but format cell is not copying

I try to concatenate 2 columns into one single column, 1 column is pasting fine. The other one with FORMAT CELL > NUMBER > CUSTOM with "<p>"@"</p>" which will add <p>TEXT</p> in front and behind of the text.

For some reason, it skipped the <p></p> tag when copy and paste over. How changes do i need to make for concatenate to include the <p></p> tag.
