Table Formatting and Conditionnal formatting

Hello

I have a table with conditional formatting as well as formatting through table feature ( with rotating colors )

I would like to put in place the following formatting argument

Column A
Table Formatting with rotating colors

Column B
If Value > 0 Color Red
If not use table formatting with rotating colors

Column C
If Value > 0 Color Amber
If not use table formatting with rotating colors

I have tried using table formatting and conditional formatting on the same table but it is not giving the wright result...please see file attached


Any idea how to ?
