in this excel file at the sheet, I have lot of data which I have filtered. suddenly the filter has stopped working. I cannot filter anymore. Mouse is not working there.
can any body help me ? It will be a great help.

Your attached file works for me - the data filter is doing exactly as it should, and your current data is filtered for BG# RM13023.
Switch it off and on again?!

There was lot of DATA apart from RM13023 which has filtered...

hi,
i meant, after i filtering the current data, it has stopped to view all data.Other datas that has been filtered and hidden, are not coming back as i have clicked view all data again and again. It is not filtering other datas as well. long story short, filtering is not working.

I still don't see your problem - in your attachment I can 'unfilter' your data, and see data for BG# values:
BG13116
RM13020
RM13022
RM13023
RM13024
RM13025
RM13026
RM13027
RM13028
RM13029
There are 156 rows of populated data in total...
thats correct. But here it is not opening ! May be it is my own excel problem. This thread is ended.
