2 conditional formating for the one cell only based on other cell value

Dear all..
EXAMPLE FOR 2 COND IN SAME CELL.xlsx
how can i do the below and as per attached file..

I want cell c6 yellow if this cell is empty but d6 has text/number..
But i want cell c6 white than i put some value in same cell..

Pls help

in C6 confitional formatting->new rule->use formula ...
