Need a sequence of numbers in the same cell on multiple sheets

Hello,

I'm trying to label sheets using cell G4.
My first sheet is 162, then 164, 166, 168, etc., up to 450.
If I Shift-click all my sheets and select cell G4, I should be able to use a formula to calculate a sequence of numbers going up by 2 starting at 162.
How would I write that formula?
