Can SORTING be saved as a worksheet function?

    Can SORTING be saved as a worksheet function?

    We have a simple worksheet (see attached file) that is sorted Z-A on Column-A.

    Our question is: Is there a way to save this SORTING so that when a new entry is made (Row-17) that contains an RE it will be automatically moved up the list to where the other RE's already are located?
