Hi,
I have an excel spreadsheet with diagnosis codes and descriptions that I would like to do the following with:
IF A4:A351 (diagnosis code)
= a value in (diagnosis code)AH4:AH214
then
AD4:AD351 (new destination for code descriptions)
=AF4:AF214 (code descriptions)
Does this make any sense at all to anyone? If so... is it possible to do? Thank you!!
