Can you create a programme that automatically runs a macro for you at set time intervals?

Hi all,

I have an excel document that sends information to some large display boards.

The document is meant to update every hour but it randomly stops updating.

To update the boards manually there are three buttons that you click in the order 1,2,3.

Is there a way that I can get the programme to automatically click the buttons in the order (1) (2) (3)
with a time delay between I.e. Press button 1. Wait 60 seconds Press button 2. Wait 60 seconds. Press button 3. And then repeat every 60 minutes?

OR

Can anyone think of what may be the problem thats making the programmes automatic renewal crash in the first place?



Any help would be much appreciated and my skills are very basic so please provide as much detail as possible!
