Filter multiple columns of a survey data as per defined categories

    Hi,

I have to filter multiple columns of a survey data to make new categories as per some definitions given in sheet.
How do I create above categories or how should I create autofilters without creating several columns for individual filtered categories (like how I can visualize these 18 categories in a single column, rather than creating 3 or 4 columns for these subsegments wihin high rich or rich). It will also include vlookup to look for these categories based on certain rules

plz find the sheet attached for sample definitions and the sample data, with the query
