Copying formula each time new loan added

I have all information regarding a particular loan in separate column (name, amount, term, rate, interest owed, capital outstanding etc) with currently 8 loans in place (so 8 columns).
I want in the summary section of the sheet to have a cell that has IF a loan has no OS (Outstanding) Capital to be repaid, then sum the accrued interest. I dont want to have to do add the formula for each loan manually.
forumla for one loan is =if(C23=0 (outstanding balance),C19 (interest accrued),0) then for the next loan would +if(D23=0,D19,) and so on.
I have done the first 3 months in cell F3 but addding manually will get tedious. Is there a smarter way?

    Tks
