Dynamic Multiple Print Ranges

Hi There,
I have a print range as follows:

which you can see is four separate ranges. The problem is I need this to be dynamic. I have tried using offset but didn't get anywhere so I must have been doing it wrong. Can anyone please shed some light on this?

It is the number of rows that will be dynamic.
The sheet is a user input sheet and I want the print range to change as the user adds more data. Only some of the columns will need to be printed.

The example below shows some test data (I have separated the columns with the | character). Assume these are rows 1,2 and 3.

In this example, I may only want to print cells A1:B3, D1:D3, H1:I3. Obviously this example only goes to row 3 as there are only three rows of data for the example but it is that, that I want to be dynamic.
