Good evening to all I would like to ask your help to facilitate research and the inclusion of free rooms.
In the attached file in cell H18 I wish I were an error message such as "ALT" and if I enter a room number that can not be as free as can be seen in the prospectus.
In the example the only no. Room for those who can enter your check in - check out the number is 103.
Formulas or the drop down menu I do not know

Hello find attached !
formula used are array formula so need to confirm them with control, shift and Enter.
These formula used helper column. You can base helper column any where and hide it later on!

To add drop down first select D13 then go to data validation select list and in source option copy paste =OFFSET(J13,,,,COUNT(J13:N13))
once the drop down is added in D13 just drag it down to apply to all cells
then to hide the formulas select the range of formula and select font color as white and protect those cells.
