Delete once in multiple columns with conditional formatting (freeze?)

    Hi all,

I have 8 columns with information. In the first 3 columns I have information about company, year and quarter.
In the other 5 columns I have information on different variables. To protect for potential outliers I have made the top 5% of every variable red (conditional formatting) and the bottom 5% green.
How can I freeze these results? When I try to delete all red values for example in column D it automatically calculates new 5% values in this column but also in overlapping data (that was just deleted) in column E,F,G, H and gives other red values. So the problem is, that I only want to delete the values that are colored at this moment. Is there a way I can freeze the conditional formatting results?

I will add an attachment with my problem.
    Thanks :D

Conditional Formatting is dynamic so will change when the data changes. Probably the only way is to have the formatting applied by VBA.
