Password encrypted digital signature

I have a spreadsheet that is password protected so only the unprotected cells can be altered. We need to send it out to people and have them fill it out and then digitally sign the spreadsheet. Is there a way that they can password protect their signature (similar to how it is done in PDF) so someone else can not sign the form for them?
