The problem I am having is that my value in cell F27 is not changing as a result of the subtotal changing (in cell F26) but the formula above says that it should. The value in F27 will only change as a result of changing the combobox value or changing the method of delivery (which is an option button). How do I make the value in F27 change with subtotal (F26) change?!

No. You should have edited the title in your original thread.
