I am trying to pull data off of this website (http://www.laxpower.com/update13/binboy/rating47.php) but it is putting all of the data RNK, TEAM, etc. into the same cell. Is there a way that I would be able to separate them into A1, B1, C1, etc.?

have you tried text to columns function?
Make contributors happy, click on the "* Add Reputation" as a way to say thank you.

Thanks! That almost gets me there - the only issue I am having are schools with multiple part names such as "Don Bosco Prep". Is there any way other than manually fixing that?
Ok, try this instead, copy and paste (not paste special but just paste). This will bring all over including the links and put it all in col A.
then highlight the column, right click and select remove hyper links.
then with the column still highlighted select text to columns again, >> fixed width >> next >> finish
mine highlighted where it thought each break line should appear and they were correct. if not you might need to add them but mine had it ready so I just selected finish.
