Question Conditional Format to Highlight Anything That is Not a Whole Number

I want to know if there is any way to highlight a cell that does not contain a whole number. In my spreadsheet I have a formula that calculates the number of packages in an order, but if the result is not a whole number then I want it to be highlighted. Can someone please help? Thanks!
