Combining multiple sheets in to one (rebound).

In a different topic I asked a question which I thought was solved but it is not totaly solved AND I have an aditional question, hence I started a new topic.

The solution given in the first topic missed 1 value in the results |I also need from the second sheet (field A3)

Next to that I would like it if it was possible to be more flexible. If for instance 'sheet2' would have more columns to be added at one time and 'sheet1' would be bigger on a different occasion. With the current formula I would have to copy the formula to every folowing cell and adjust the scope and columnnumber.

I hope the question is clear.
    Cheers, Armand0

This will allow you to add columns to the needed sheet as required. Columns would have to be inserted for each source sheet as shown by the shaded areas.

Thank you for the reaction newdoverman. I think this is somewhat in the direction but not what I am looking for. I will try to better explain what I need.
I would like the sheet "Needed" to be generated from both "Sheet1" and "Sheet2" based on the unique ID field thus combining the information from both sheets into the sheet "Needed". Both "Sheet1" and "Sheet2" can have a variation in the number of collumns. What I need is a formula or VBscript to combine the 2 sheets into 1 without loosing the collumns.

That is what I have given you. All data on sheet3 is retrieved from sheet1 and sheet2 using the ID as the key. The "new" columns indicated on sheet3 are new columns that you would add as required to sheet1 and sheet2. If you are going to have an expanding or collapsing number of columns on both sheet1 and sheet2. If the number of columns decreases on either sheet1 or sheet2 then you have a decision to make regarding the data that will be lost when those columns no longer exist.

As it stands, sheet3 has the data from both sheet1 and sheet2 and has the capacity to expand if either or both worksheets add columns.

When you talk about a variation in columns, I think that you will have to give explicit examples of what you mean. If it means that the number of columns decreases, what is going to happen to the data that was in them? Are you going to archive it somehow? What would you expect sheet3 to look like after sheet1 or sheet2 loses a column?
