Please Help on How to avoid Pasting the data in Filtered Cells EXCEL 2010?

Please see the attachment. in first tab "Filleted_Data" of the "PastingProblem.xlsx" where I need to insert the data which is present in second tab "Copied Data".
I made filter on Age column AGE = 3, and now 3 lines I need to insert, so when I am pasting these 3 lines, these lines are inserting in "Age" column having Sr. no. of 3, 4 and 5 instead of Sr. no 3, 6 and 9.

Note: This is just sample data. I need to work like this on thousands of lines. PLEASE RESPOND/HELP ON THIS ME ASAP.
