Persistent autofill data when resizing table

I have attached an example spreadsheet as I’m not quite sure how to describe this issue.

Copy of Template - January 2014.xlsm

If you open the sheet then extend the table rows by dragging down using the blue arrow in the bottom right corner of the table for some reason it always auto fills with a set of data even if the table is blank. Is there any way to remove this data without making the table from scratch again?

Weird...evidently it has some "memory" of previous operations
    Try this:
    • Select the table cells under the header
    • Click: DELETE

    Does that help?

or change the formula in C2 (and D2, E2 the same way):
    =SUBTOTAL(9,C4:C150)
    =SUBTOTAL(9,C4:C7)

    Change subtotal formula
    Select A7:E7
    And drag down
