Help on formula to copy cell from one column against certain rows in different column.

Hi,
I have a s/sheet with over 1500 rows and need a formula that allows me to copy a cell down from one column into another column against the job# in selected rows.
I have attached a sample /sheet, basically just need a way to copy the highlighted red in Col E against the Job# in Col B (highlighted yellow) without having to copy and paste each time.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

An array formula must be entered using Ctrl + Shift + Enter instead of just Enter. I have attached the workbook so you can see the formula working.
