    Combining the contents of multiple cells with user input

    Please help

    I need help on Combining the contents of multiple cells with text before and after ="Dear"&A1 works but need it to convert the whole line

    Example

    Dear Colin, This is a reminded that your appointment is book on 07/03/2013 at 13:00 at West Park Post Code DN3 9HB. If you unable to make this please call us on 01302 000000 thanks you

    Dear [A1], This is a reminded that your appointment is book on [A2] at [A3] at [A4] Post Code [A5]. If you unable to make this please call us on 01302 000000 thanks you

    I would need to be able to change the text to suite the users needs

    Example to

    Hi James please call us regarding your last appointment on 01/03.2014 on 01302 000000

    Hi [A1]please call us regarding your last appointment on [A2] on 01302 000000

    Wow thanks for quick reply... So just "&A2&" will do it do you have any code so I replace the "& and the &" for a right brackets [ and ] - would be easier for users (and me)

    No. It's 4 characters around a cell reference. How much simpler can it be?
