I am developing a mathematical model in Excel that I plan on selling via web downloads;
I am exploring licensing strategies and user-end agreements (click wrap).
The user will be restricted to one PC/user and would have to click on the user-agreement prior to downloading it.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how best to approach this for spreadsheets?
