How to create dynamic hyperlinks to different speadsheet cells

Hi everyone. I'm trying to create a spreadsheet which will serve as a constantly updating TO DO list for my clients.

What I want to do is make one sheet listing all the client accounts, and another which will feature days ** the month going across columns or down rows. Next to each client name (on the master client list) I want to set up a hyperlink which will link to the calendar on the next sheet, referring to the most up to date (date-wise) cell.

So, for instance, I work on a client on June 2nd and fill in the details ** the work done in the June 2nd cell. So when I click on the hyperlink next to the client name, it will take me to the June 2nd cell. If I work on that same client on June 8th (and thus fill that info into the June 8th cell), I now want that same hyperlink to reference the June 8th cell instead ** the June 2nd.

How can this be done?

Can someone just explain how to do this then? I have a range ** a row, say A1:G1. To the right ** that I have a cell (H1) which references the rightmost cell containing data in the range.

So if B1 contains data, H1 shows the results ** B1, but if F1 contains data, then H1 shows what's in F1.

Can someone tell me how I can set this up?
