    Re: Vlookup with Criteria

You can use this array* formula in C3:

    =INDEX($N$3:$N$7,MATCH(1,(A3=$L$3:$L$7)*(B3<$M$3:$M$7),0))

    * An array formula needs to be committed using the key combination of Ctrl-Shift-Enter (CSE) instead of the usual <Enter>.

    Hope this helps.

    Re: Vlookup with Criteria

Did you use CSE to commit it? You should see curly braces { } around the formula when viewed in the formula bar but you should not type these yourself.

If you do not see them, press F2 while on that cell, then hold down the CTRL and SHIFT keys and press ENTER.

    Hope this helps.
