Query question

Hello, I would like any possible help for this.... thanks in advance.

1. I am running a query of numbers in column B. I am searching for spike high.(I can do this.)
2. The result populates column C with a "1". (I can do this.)
3. Then I run a query in column G for a "1" in C which populates with the value.(I can do this.)
4. I would like the value in column G to repeat if a 1 does not appear in column C which would replace it.(I can do this)
5. I would like to run a query in column M for a break in the high stated in column G without repeating until a "1" reappears in column C.(Need help.)
