    Angry incredibly slow file

I have a file that is incredibly slow, there is no conditional formatting, there are no enabled macros, the only formulas in the entire sheet is vlookup, and a small pivot. can someone please help? The file is 2 MBS so i cant upload the file, does anyone have any recommendations?

How many worksheets? How many rows of data on each worksheet? How many columns of data on each worksheet? What do the formulae look like? Do you have lots of formatting? Conditional Formatting? Do you have formulae that "generate" blank rows if a key field is not present?

If you press Ctrl-End on each sheet, does it go way further than the cells with "real" data? If it does, You need to select the "blank" rows below the last row of real data and delete them using the Delete icon on the ribbon. Similarly, delete any "blank" columns to the right of the real data.

If the data is not sensitive, try zipping the file up and uploading the zip file.

The file is very small there are 5 sheets most of them are just raw data, the formatting is very limited, I have attached the file, thanks.
