Chart/formulas

I working a project for a no show rate, please take a look at to make sure I am on the right track. My problems are marked in red the calculations on six-month average no show rate is the one I am questioning, i have provided a chart for review I do not know how to add the months jan-june at the bottom, i am not sure if something is missing. please help thanks.

ok i will change the formula for the six month average, and see how it reflects

alan does everything else look correct, I just have to figure out how to add in the months of the bottom of the chart. thanks
