Creating lists from data extration

I hope that someone can help as I am very much a beginner.

I have a training matrix that tells me when a staff's training is about to expire and it changes the colour of the cell dependant on if it has expired, has 30 days or 6 days. There are also blank columns were people do not have that training.

What I want is to create lists of each competency with the people that require training in that area so that I don't have to individually go down the column and hand write out the staff members name. How do I go about doing this??

I have attached my sample input or output. I don't know whether this is the best way or whether to transfer each competency onto a separate worksheet.

I am using 2013 I did have 2003 but it was updated!

If I want to add more staff and competancies, do I just copy the from the + in the corner of the cell? on the Training required sheet?

Thank you, This is exactly the kind of thing i am looking for. The only problem is the excel workbook that i need to add this formulas too already has some formulas in to calculate due dates and has lots more competencies. Is there anyway you can look at this for me if i was to attach this?

I have also noticed that the formula in the training required 'fire safety 1' is incorrect. I believe that the column should be m and not k as the previous column.
