    @ Legolas
    Let me explain you
The method Two Has Two Parts in it to be taken care
    Part -1
Identification of Unique vehicles in Column A this part is done by Array function
    Part -2
The Total for the each vehicles is done by using Sumif Function
    Clarification Required
" Can you please place the results of method 2 to in column E"
What exactly you required both the Part -1 & part - 2 or only just part - 2.
If both just cut and past them in Column these are with Absolute reference so no need to worry expect you need to activate Array function with combination of Ctrl+Shift+Enter after any small change in the function

I think have explained you , if not clear ask me again i will try to do it again.

    Re: how to calculate sum?

sorry it is a bit complicated for a noob section
it would be helpful if re-write the formulas under columns d and E
assuming that my table title is in row 1 and actual data is from row 2 till row 15337

    thanks again

    Re: how to calculate sum?

    HI,

Updated with formula up to Row 15337.
As it is a array function working in Column D it will take more time to calculate .
Instead of this you can copy the data in Column A & Paste in another column & Use "Remove Duplicate" in "DATA" tab , This will
give you unique vehicle in the Column A .
