I would like to auto populate blank cells in one sheet (ARU Master Grid) from the data I have entered in cells in several other sheets (Physical Therapy Schedule, etc. ) based 3 conditions: 1. the name of the patient, 2. the type of therapy (Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy) and 3. the time/duration of the therapy. See attachments below. There are 5 different therapy types (for this example, I only included 3: PT, OT, ST) but only one ARU Patient Grid. I am a little familiar with Excel but have never used macros and know only a little about conditional functions. I have figured out how to add the number of units of each type of therapy by patient using a COUNT function so that's done. I am new at this. I have tried various formulas but all I have been able to do is to copy the exact entry rather than the type of therapy using the = function which is not what I want. Thank you for any help or would appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction.
