compare columns and data from one excel to another and update the column accordingly

Hi Team,

I want to update the column as "Y" in target excel when we compare the columns and data from source excel to this target.

If both the columns are same then we need to map the data row by row .If the data are same then need to update the column as "Y" in the target excel for the specific row.

source excel we can get it from any path. Only thing is need to update the column in target by referring the data from source.

This should be achieved in the excel.

Kindly provide the macros code and example to achieve this. Its very very urgent please help us.
