    Related to Match & Index function

    Friends,
    I am facing problem in excel. I have attached file wherein i have mentioned as comment what i want. Kindly help me.

    Here, check this:

    Hint: You need to have same names for criteria. Like Jose Bareto in B column must be same as criteria in B167

    Yes. In fact I worked one out and decided to not post when I saw zbor's SUMPRODUCT formula. His is much simpler to follow, edit and de-bug than any COUNTIF(S) that I could come up with....IMO.
