I am a business man so i have to make many quotations and inquiries also

so suppose in some files there are words like vendor, broker, discount, rate etc.

suppsose i want to find a file in which discounts are notified how can i find out that excel file

Windows Search does this already. Do a search on your computer for

vendor, *.xls

I am not sure if I understood correctly what anmol786 is referring. However, I may be able to relate this with my example. I have a few inventory stores, represented by Worksheets 1,2 and 3 for store1, store2 and store3 respectively. A list of inventory is in each store# worksheet. How do I find which store# is say itemA residing at and outputs the worksheet name.
