Change how Date and Time is being displayed

I am importing a file that has yyyy:mm:dd:hh:mm:ss as the date and time together but I want to display it as mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss. I saw another post that was close but they did not have the colons as separators and I couldn't get it to work. Here is an example.

2015:01:14:14:01:20 = 01/14/2015 14:01:20
