Excel Drop Down list with Search Suggestions against Auto Generate Serial Number

I need to generate automatic serial no for drop down records which I have, Since there is a huge data I feel difficult to enter manually.

Some one pl help to solve this issue. Sample data enclosed below.

drop down selection depend on that.
