How to add a drop down box to a cell?

On my login page, I need to have a drop down box that list the possible usernames so they can just be clicked.
Help would be much appreciated!

Take a look at Sheet 2. Here is a list of names in column A. You can add to this, subtract from it, reorder it, whatever. Hit CTRL and F3 to see the formula used to set this up as a named range (called Names)

Go to sheet 1. In celll a1 (shaded) I have used Data validation to select from the list called Names. With the cursor in sheet 1, cell a1, click Data/Data Validation/Data Validation to see how it was set up.
