    Question Compute Night Differential Hours

    Good Day,

I have two cells in my Excel file that contains the Start and Stop time.
I was able to get the time difference between the 2 cells.
Their cell format is hh:mm (Custom).

I want to get the time differential (night shift) between the two cells but I can't figure it out.

Night shift starts at 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, please see sample below. Also attached file.

    B2: 20:00 (Start)
    C2: 08:00 (Stop)
    E2: (Night Differential Hours)

Would appreciate if you could help me build a formula to get the time accumulated for night differential.

    Thank you in advance.

I really really hope someone can give me ideas how to do this.
