Question Change calculations to use column names

Hi,

I have a table where caluclations appear like this: =IF(O18="","",IF(O18=0,"X",IF(O18>0,"W",IF(O18<0,"L"))))

Is there a button I can click to make all these table calculations rather use the names of the appropriate columns, for example, column O is called [@[Gross P&L]]

I know I could manually go and change this, but my table has mean columns with calculations.

Thanks,
Michelle

If that is a structured table, and those references are inside the table, they should show that way anyway?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

No, they don't. Although I can manually succesfully change them. I just want to avoid doing this as it is prone to error

Does anyone know how to do this automatically, I'm sure I remember seeing the option somewhere...

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Here's an article on using STRUCTURED REFERENCES:
