    Hi Folks,

    please suggest me a formula for calculation of total present day 1 present day = 8hrs

    DATE Time in Time Out working Hrs. Total present Day Extra Hrs.
    Tuesday, January 26, 2016 11:45 20:25 8:40 1.00 0.30
    Wednesday, January 27, 2016 14:58 23:45 8:47 1.00 0.30

    So considering the following:

    Date (colA), time in (colB), and time out (colC) are manually entered by you with the cells formatted for time. I would then make colD (total) a formula that reads
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    . I would then make colE (days)
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    and custom format the cell for 'h'. For colF, I would use
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    to get the percentage of an hour.
