i removed a filter that had been accidently placed on about 10,000 rows of data i had in a workbook. The lines were all hidden. I have now removed that and all the rows are visible again, but now i have another problem. for example: i insert a new row between rows 31 & 32. i copy the data from row 31 and paste it into the new blank row 32. but for some reason it is pasting the data from the row below 33. this only seems to happen in the section that i removed that filer from not in the rest of the workbook. how can i fix this?

on another note, while i was away someone changed the coloring of all my microsoft programs. instead of word having like a blueish color and excel having black color around the edges and tab it is now black? is there a way to change this back?

Thanks.
