How to link to hyperlink in Excel FROM Word and have clickable

So I have some hyperlinks I'd like to refer to in Word that exist in my Excel file. And I would like to have these references click able. I read that you'd need to leave the hyperlink name out so that by default the hyperlink address will be displayed allowing it to be fetched(by Word) but that's as far as I've gotten. Haven't found any info on exactly what I'm trying to do.

So basically I'm trying to get Word to fetch the hyperlink's address so Word can make it's own hyperlink with it if this is possible. Anyone know? Thanks!
