Find a cell in a random table of numbers that matches a search value.

I have a range of numbers, one per cell, that are randomly placed and I would like to identify where in the range a given value (user supplied) is. Ideally, the return would be the column/row (for example D21) or even the relative location from A1. I cannot sort the data by row or column. Array arguments don't seem to be supported on Excel for Android.
