VLOOKUP with multiple criteria - no helper column if possible

Hi guys,

I am trying to vlookup the value from a third columns in a 3-column array having 2 conditions with regards to the first 2 columns.
Is it possible to do it without having to create a helper column with concatenated values?

I have attached sample.
