excel help- trailer maping

hello i just stumbled across this forum and read up some stuff on the trailer yard inventory but nothing that really helped me.

my issue is i have a big lot with alot of trailers that go in and out, some are stationary.
on a seperate software i can print out log of all the trailers that have cheked in, now my question is:
is there any way to upload that log to excel ( i tested this and i can upload it) so that it maps it out for me in order. for example

pad A and to list all the trailer #'s that are in order, then do pad b and list all the trailer #'s in order for that pad. and so on for as many rows as i have


so basicaly id like to upload the file into excel and have it auto sorted into a "map" so this is what id like it to look but just mapped in excel

i dont know if this is possible or not but i would gladly accept any help on this! thank you

If you can post a sample workbook and a picture it would help. The links don't seem to be working.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
