Help with formula to return a date from a range

Hello- I need help populating a date in Column C if the date in Column B falls in the date range from a leadership dates list on the "leadership dates" tab. The logic is IF "Column B" date is within the range, then display the next available meeting date from the range in Column B on the second tab.

Thank you for your help, this is close but it's not returning the next Leadership Meeting date. For example, when I type in 5/19/19 in "First Council Following Column" on the first tab, it should return a date of 5/21/19.

. I am missing the formula that will return a leadership date of 1/8/19 if the First Council Following date falls before 1/8/19. Can you tell me how to tweak this long formula to include that additional formula? The shorter formula is not working for me.

Re: Help with formula to return a date from a range

    That changes the problem.
I need help populating a date in Column C if the date in Column B falls in the date range from a leadership dates list on the "leadership dates" tab. The logic is IF "Column B" date is within the range, then display the next available meeting date from the range in Column B on the second tab.
Dates prior to 1/8/2019 do not fall in that range.

I think we are either going to need another workbook with representative data or a new set of instructions.

If you think that will cover out of range dates ... here is that longer formula adjusted.
