Hello- I need help populating a date in Column C if the date in Column B falls in the date range from a leadership dates list on the "leadership dates" tab. The logic is IF "Column B" date is within the range, then display the next available meeting date from the range in Column B on the second tab.

Thank you for your help, this is close but it's not returning the next Leadership Meeting date. For example, when I type in 5/19/19 in "First Council Following Column" on the first tab, it should return a date of 5/21/19.

the long formula is more of what I am trying to do.. I am missing the formula that will return a leadership date of 1/8/19 if the First Council Following date falls before 1/8/19. I think we are either going to need another workbook with representative data or a new set of instructions.
Could I insert the MIN fuction to pull the earliest date in the range?
