I have attached sheet1 and sheet2 here L column is same for both sheet. i want to display the output in sheet1 as exactly what in sheet 2, output in region1,2,3 column.

In H2 put this starting formula:
=INDEX(Sheet1!H:H, MATCH($L2, Sheet1!$L:$L, 0))
Now copy that down and across.
