I would like to be able to change a dollar value in a cell on one page of a spreadsheet from one to multiple times and have that change accumulate on a separate page showing the previous value, the changed value, the time of day and date. If the world were totally right I would like to have that accumulated data charted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

this would be creating a timestamp when data changes, and then populating those changes into a list that tracks all of them.
are you able to upload a spreadsheet with sample data, with notes to explain what results you are looking for, and how those results might be obtained?
It's been my experience that it is almost always better to enter each individual value in it;s own cell, then sum that list. That way, you can always go back and check any values that may have been entered wrong.
