Conditional Formatting

    Conditional Formatting

    In this scenario; if A1 = Revenue then I would like the data in the table (rows10-25) to display as a % with two spaces after the decimal point (like it currently is), But if A1 = Pounds then I would like to change the formatting of the data in the table to be number format with four spaces after the decimal point. See attached. Thank you in advance for your help. Unfortunately I will not be able to open an attachment.

    Select the data you want to format
    Create a new conditional formatting rule using a formula

    =$A$1="Pounds"

    For format, go to Number and specify 4 places after the decimal.

    I did it in your file but you said you can't open it so hopefully you can reproduce these instructions.
