Please see the picture attached. For example, I am not able to click K3 cell, how do I resolve this?
I understand I can type in the function bar, but is there better way?

this is a downside of editing in the cell.
If you have to reference neighboring columns it could be wise to edit them in the formula bar instead of the cell itself.
you could even turn of editing in cell so you always edit the formula in the formulabar.

catch and move then select your cell
